Customers Fault Description : Up Arrow not working on both of my remotes. Worked with the remotes and discovered that it is the contact buttons. I can use a different button on the rubber pad and it works properly. I have no means to repair the carbon button. I did try cleaning it, but to no avail
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
These two bed control arrived safely from the United States and on testing were both confirmed to have sluggish / non responsive buttons.
Replacement button caps were fitted on all buttons which restored full functionality.
Please note that the inserted batteries cannot be returned due to shipping restrictions, they will be disposed of.
