Customers Fault Description : Works in one direction but not the other. Turns flame up but not down.

This remote and receiver arrived safely and on inspection the battery cover was missing off the receiver (a replacement was supplied)
On Testing the receiver was not responding on one of its channels. When opened there was a large amount of corrosion over the board. This caused some open circuits, the print was reworked which restored full functionality.
