Velux Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Velux

Customers Fault Description : The display backlights but does not show data

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Velux control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have no display.

This was due to a faulty display, a replacement was fitted which restored functionality.  Please note that the is a slight discoloration on the display (see image) this does not effect functionality, this is due to the replacement screen not being used for some time, adjusting the contrast of the display once it is reset up may rectify this.
