Customer's Fault Description
I am able to decrease the flame with the remote, but not increase. I can open the Fire Front and operate the knobs by hand.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Faber remote arrived safely from the Netherlands and on testing one of the buttons was found to be non responsive.

This was due to the button itself being faulty, a replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.
