Faber CE0122 Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : I am able to decrease the flame with the remote, but not increase. I can open the Fire Front and operate the knobs by hand.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Faber remote arrived safely from the Netherlands and on testing one of the buttons was found to be non responsive.
This was due to the button itself being faulty, a replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.
