Remote worked very briefly 6 months ago, when we moved to the property.<br /> Wire appears disconnected inside & battery cover is broken.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This fireplace control arrived safely and on inspection the battery cable was found to be detached from the PCB making the remote dead. A replacement battery cable was soldered into place which restored full functionality (see testing video). A replacement battery cover was also supplied.
