Customers Fault Description : Remote wont turn on at all. Have replaced batteries - but remains completely dead.

This Bellfires remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed dead.
This was due to the usual problem whereby components fall off the PCB (usually due to a drop).
The missing components were replaced which restored full functionality.
