Customer's Fault Description
Black 9v wire is loose, two top press switches are not working properly. Have to be pressed to the side to make them work. IR red doesn’t seem to work all the time to ignite the fire.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Verine remote arrived safely and on inspection the battery cable was found to be broken, this was replaced as well as all four buttons which restored full functionality.
