Customer's Fault Description
Not powering up LED - not lighting Pressed large red button twice but no light at all. Sounds like something small an loose in the remote.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This caravan motor move controller arrived safely and on inspection the LED was shattered (parts of it was found inside).  This was making turning on difficult as no indicator was present.

A replacement LED (blue version) was fitted which restored full functionality.
