Customers Fault Description : Regrettably it has been dropped and it now rattles!!!!
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This fire controller arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to "rattle". The corners were peeled back and the device opened which revealed that 4 components had broken away from the PCB. These were al replaced which restored full functionality. Please note that the is a slight "creasing" on the facia near the corners, this is avoidable due to the item not supposed to be opened.
