Customers Fault Description : Canton sound bar doesnt respond to any commands from Canton remote. Was intermittent for a while now has ceased to work at all, batteries not changed that long ago...
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Canton remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be intermittently dead.
This was due to a common issue whereby a couple of capacitors break. These were replaced which restored solid functionality.
