Genesis Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Genesis
Customers Fault Description : will not control / startup fire (have changed battery) amber LED at tip of remote no longer blinks when any buttons are pressed
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This fire control arrived safely and on testing was found to have faulty buttons. All four buttons were replaced which restored full functionality. (please note that the customers battery will need replacing soon as it is 7volts instead of 9v)
