Customers Fault Description : The whole remote dose not work I have tried new batteries and still none of the buttons work I can use all the buttons that are on the actual fire and it all works perfectly on manual but if I try the remote it just dose not work with any of the buttons.

This Valor fireplace control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed dead.
On opening this was found to be due to a break in the print around the IR LED. The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
