Customers Fault Description : The Up and Down button for the flame control is not working!

This fireplace controller arrived safely with its corresponding receiver and on testing the remote itself was lighting up but was not transmitting a signal.
A replacement PCB was fitted which restored full functionality.
No issue was found with the receiver.
