Customers Fault Description : 3 remotes.
2 will not operate motor at all.
1 connects intermittently.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
These three remote controls arrived safely and on testing 2 were confirmed to have no signal and one was intermit in sending a signal.
This was the same issue on all three controls whereby the Ultrasonic transducers were faulty from being dropped.
The transducers were replaced which restored full functionality.
