Customers Fault Description : The bottom right (-) button is not operating.

This fireplace controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have a faulty bottom right button.
On opening there was signs of an attempted repair which had broken parts of the print trace. The print was reworked and a replacement button fitted which restored full functionality.
