No signal. Display dissapears. But it still doesn't work when display shows.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This fireplace controller arrived safely from Belgium and on testing was found to have intermittent power.

This was found to be due to a bad solder joint on the battery terminals.  The terminals were soldered firmly into place which restored solid functionality.

No issue was found with the signal therefore the customer is to check that the receiver has full power by changing the batteries.
