Customers Fault Description : Battery connector & all buttons not operating.

This fireplace controller arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a damaged battery cover (this cannot be replaced)
On opening the battery cable was found to be broken, this was replace as well as all four buttons which restored full functionality.
