Customer's Fault Description
Will only switch on the fires , we have 2 fires , one cotroller went faulty then the other some months later
This Magiglo G30-ZRHSO Fireplace remote control arrived safely (with the 2nd remote - Job Ref 931-1133), Initial inspection shows that the remote has arrived without a battery cover (This cannot be replaced), the repair carried out was a general overhaul which involves replacing all buttons and the ultrasonic transduce. This has now been completed and the repair was sucessfull (please view the testing video below)
