LCD screen - no display. Remote will start fire by usual method of holding down up/down arrows simultaneously but with no screen display it's not possible to perform any functions or keep fire alight. LCD display was somewhat patchy last year
This fire place remote control was found to have a faulty LCD contact Strip which was causing temporary contact problems between the board and the display, this was cleaned up and also contamination removed and full functionality has been restored, please view the testing video below.
