Remote Not Working at all.

 

This remote had no function at all, the Crystal Oscillator was found to have a faulty pin and therefore was replaced with a new one, full functionality was restored. 

Please ntoe that the Visible LED (the red indicator) does not light when using the remote, this does not affect the functionality of the remote as full I.R. signals are transmitted.

It is also advised to replace the battery with a new one due to visible signs of leakage on the terminals.
