Customer's Fault Description
Will not operate door. Has worked for many years without any trouble.
This Garage Door Remote arrived safely without its casing. A full diagnosis of the circuit revealed all components to be within acceptable parameters and upon fixing a power source a RF signal is being read when the button is activated.
It appears to be working but cannot test with the garage door receiver due to being located remotely from our offices. One suggestion to the customer is to double check the Dip Switch configuration with the receiver to ensure that they marry up.
