Customers Fault Description : Total failure
This remote arrived safely but was noted that there were a couple of screws missing. This aircon remote was found to be totally dead.
Upon inspection it was found that there was 2 faults, the first being a soldering problem with one component and the second being that the crystal needed replacing.
Once replaced this remote was brought back to full functionality (Please see the testing video below)
