Customer's Fault Description
Setup, 1, call up menu's these have stopped working. When emitter is viewed through a camera they are not flashing as with the other buttons.

 

This remote was dropped off at our premises by the customer and was found to be faulty on various buttons as follows -

The customer had attempted to repair this remote by etching away the button pads on the PCB which unfortunately caused more problems due to extra lack of conductivity caused.

 The print was reworked with conductive solution and then the rubber button pads were cleaned using a soap solution, full functionality has been restored (See   below)
