Customer's Fault Description
The remote control it self has something which is lose inside as I can hear it moving which has left me unable to use the control for anything non functionin

 

This remote arrived safely and was found to be rattling as mentioned by the customer.

Upon opening the handset 2 pins were broken inside which are used to center the PCB, these were repaired and full functionality has been restored (See   below)
