Customer's Fault Description
The remote control loads up after I have put in a new battery but swicthes off immediately
This remote was found to be turning off after just a few seconds (going into screen saver mode) The functionality to increase the screen saver was missing from the setup.
This was remedied by flashing the firmware and restoring default functionality to the remote, now full functionality has been restored.
The customers product infromation has been reprogrammed as per the model numbers required, please note that further setup is required to get the full benefit of the 1100's advanced settings.
A interface lead has been provided to the customer so that they can add functionality at their own leisure.
