Customer's Fault Description
Our remote is now 15 years old and has had a great deal of wear and tear however it still works but due to health and safety the wire could potentially be a risk as they have become brittle and worn. We are hoping the extension lead can be repaired.

 

This handset arrived with a shredded cable which needed replacing, a replacement lead was fitted and full functionality has been restored.
