Customer's Fault Description
Wires have broken off the battery connector. Have had the wires wound round the battery terminals but remote will only work if |I hold it upside down and wave it about! Bottom right stand-by button is also temperamental.
This remote arriced safely and initial inspection showed that the battery terminal was non existent. This was replaced and upon testing it was found that the buttons were intermittent / sluggish as mentioned by the customer, this is a common fault and the remedy was to replace all buttons.
Full Funtionality has now been restored.
