remove casing cracked from one side to other no buttons at all
This remote arrived today (10th Oct) and was found to be very badly damaged as described in the customers fault description.
The casing was split straight acros the center back and also through the print itself, sadly the damage is so extreme that the remote is deemed unrepairable.
