Customer's Fault Description
No buttons are working
This remote arrived on the 16th Oct and was found to be totally dead, this remote was a difficult one to open due to its secure fastenings (basically to make it unopenable) eventually it was popped open (please see bottom image to markings created when opening, this is unavoidable but does not hinder the functionality).
The fault was found to be a broken leg on the Crystal Oscillator which was replaced and full functionality restored (Please see testing Video)
