Fireplace remote with recevier

 

This remote arrived with its receiver as the remote seemed to function normally.  Upon testing it was found that both the remote and receiver box had faults, the remote had a very weak Ultrasonic transmitter whilst the receiver had poor solder contacts on the PCB.  Both the transmitting US and receiving US  transducers were replaced and the solder was reworked.  

 

Full functionality has been restored (See testing video below)
