Customer's Fault Description
Remote deteriotated ; changing batteries helped for a while; but now again not reliable. All buttons are affected.
This remote was dropped off by the customer and was found to be working upon arrival.
The handset was opened and a full component test was carried out as well as battery terminal clean and solder check. No issues were enocountered and the dead fault could not be replicated.
The remote was returned to the customer with no charge
