Customer's Fault Description
The operating buttons do not trigger the garage door mechanism and the LED lights do not come on, despite new batteries.
This remote arrived as a lot of 2 similar remotes (the other remote can be found under a different reference number)
The remote was found to be totally dead and upon opening it was found that the main IC was not rooted properly in its base, this was rectified by cleaning the Base and re inserting the processor. Also the button was cleaned up due to contamination being found around the pins.
Full functionality has been restored (see testing video below)
