Customer's Fault Description
No buttons are working. This happened a few weeks ago then it started working again but has since stopped about a week ago. We've tried changing the batteries.
This remote arrived safely but weas found to be in owrking order (except for the small visible LED which was not lighting up).
Once opened a full inspection was made and no other fault could be found, the infra red signal was present on all buttons.
It was chosen to not replace the visible LED as it would not affect functionality and isnt work changing and charging the customer the full price for repair.
No service charge is required for this remote as no functional fault could be found
