Customer's Fault Description
Awning controller not functioning. Replaced battery but no red light to indicate controller is working.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Awning controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.
This was found to be due to a break in the print due to a battery leak. The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
A Duracell 12v battery has been supplied fitted on return.
