Customer's Fault Description
It will very randomly switch but not stay on. But most times wont switch on at all. Have changed battery but still no good.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This motor move controller arrived safely and on testing was initially found to be turning on and functioning as per normal. After a day of random testing the customer was contacted initially to say there was no fault found but then when talking to the customer the remote started to show signs of the fault.
The control would randomly respond to its power press and also turn off randomly.
The control was opened and the ribbon connector cleaned which did restored functionality but sadly after about an hour this then failed again.
To properly repair this fault a complete facia is required which sadly is not available as a spare making a repair not possible.
