Customer's Fault Description
The remote is completely dead – it flash 12:00 for about 3 sec when a new set of batteries were inserted but now there is no response
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Aircon remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to die after a couple of seconds after adding batteries.
This was found to be due to a faulty oscillator. The oscillator was replaced which restored solid functionality.
