Customer's Fault Description
Battery level always low or flat with new batteries. Fire sometimes not go on or turn off. Same issue with recently replaced receiver in fire. Looks like similar issue to the one on your website.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have a erroneous battery indicator, this was due to a faulty 7133 Regulator. A replacement regulator was fitted which restored full functionality.
The battery cable was also replaced as it had been worked on in the past.
