Maha Repair
The top row of buttons (2 orange & 2 green) are non functional, as is F9 (these are the only buttons we use. If the battery is disconnected inside, the unit powers up and then stops working completely

The controller works ok but you have to fiddle with the buttons to get some of the buttons to work. As I am disabled it makes things very difficult for me to get out of bed particularly in the night. The problem buttons are on the right-hand side as these are the ones I use constantly.

Ventaer Window Opener Repair
The IR seems to be not working, based on nothing visible on a phone camera. It has worked intermittently for 10 years, then stopped for a few months, then worked again for a few months and now it's stopped completely! It's pretty vital to us though so a fix would be great. If you need to take a risk with it, that's OK as the only alternative is a complete system replacement.
