Customer's Fault Description
The top row of buttons (2 orange & 2 green) are non functional, as is F9 (these are the only buttons we use. If the battery is disconnected inside, the unit powers up and then stops working completely
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on inspection the buttons were found to have started to decompose (see image), replacement button contacts were glued into place.
The control seems to have erratic behaviour, the customer is to test it full on arrival.
