Customer's Fault Description
Not turning on. I have changed the batteries, putting in a new one, and it still won't switch on. I googled these remotes and you have fixed one in the past.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This motor move controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.
This was found to be due to a faulty battery cable, a replacement cable was fitted which restored full functionality.
