Fire has power but remote will not activate the function. New battery has been put into the remote.

This heater remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal operation.
The control was opened to check for defects but no fault could be found.
The code being transmitted was tested and was found to be the corrects code.
This item has therefore been classed as no fault found. A Duracell CR2032 has been provided fitted on return to eliminate the possibility of it being a battery issue.
