Customer's Fault Description
no buttons working. the handset became slow to function requiring greater pressure on the buttons then some stopped working. I tried switch cleaner now no buttons function. I can not access the PC board to investigate. therefore requires an expert. is this possible and estimate cost
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on inspection its seal was detached from the control.
On opening the button pads were found to be worn, the PCB and pads were cleared of all contaminants and replacement button pads glued into place on each button.
