Customer's Fault Description
No response from the unit from any of the buttons or lights when attempting to light fire. Have replaced battery and confirmed that 9V is getting as far as left hand buttons.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.
This was found to be due to a corrosion spot on the print, the print open circuit was bridged and the buttons replaced which restored full functionality. The battery cable was also replaced.
