Customer's Fault Description
Looks in good shape mechanically but does not seem to be working, the led light does not come on when buttons are pressed.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.
On opening the battery cable was found to fitted incorrectly (reversed polarity). The battery cable was refitted correctly and then it was found that the buttons were faulty. All four buttons were replaced which restored full functionality.
