Customer's Fault Description
Customer brought remote into us, hard wired cable seems loose and not right. Unsure which buttons work / don't work. I believe it may just be the main cable that is the issue.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on inspection 3 internal wires of the cable were open circuit at the remote entry end.
The cable was cut back by a couple of inches and re-spliced together inside the controller effectively bypassing any breaks. When a continuity test was carried out again all internal wires were found to be correct.
