When fitted new batteries In remote ,mover is very juddery some time works for a while then not ,sideways works better than Bach and forth

This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to have a solid strong RF signal.
A component test was carried out but no issue could be replicated.
It is possible that the issue is with the receiver itself. The customer is recommended to check all of the connections on the receiver itself as some "Juddering" issues can be caused by a loose connection that becomes intermittent as the caravan is in motion.
