Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a damaged battery cable, a replacement cable was fitted. When testing the remote was found to be transmitting on each button as per normal functionality (see testing video, please note that on the testing video there is a light being emitted from the end of the controller, this is invisible light but does show when viewed on an electronic device such as a camera)
It may be required to check the fire itself for batteries as no issue could be found with the remote other than the battery cable.
