Brilliant Gas Fire Ledge 30 Repair
No communication between remote and fire. Light on front of remote works, but there doesn't seem to be anything coming out of the light on the top of the remote that communicates with the fire. <br /><br /> In addition, the PP9 battery connector is held together with insulating tape!

Mertik Maxitrol Repair
Top button sticks so it does switch has fire on but it gets stuck so after the flames are on highest setting, it keeps clicking. <br /> The bottom button should lower the flame from high to low and then off but it doesn't work at all. No lights come up on the gas fire receiver.
