Customer's Fault Description
just stopped working , went to change batteries , still didn't work but noticed that the battery tap was bent , tried to bend then it snapped of (attached in packet with selotape to re - soldier )
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a broken battery terminal. The terminals was refitted and then it was found that the signal was not present. A capacitor was found to be open circuit, this was replaced which restored full functionality.
A new set of batteries was supplied fitted on return, the batteries sent were low voltage.
