Flavel Emberglow Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : the 9 volt battery cable has has come out the black plastic holder that fits on to the battery.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a badly damaged battery cable. A replacement battery cable was fitted which restored full functionality.
